The IT Service Center, Buff Techs and Dedicated Desktop Support (DDS) will be available to assist you with IT issues during Fall break, but all services will have slightly different operating hours than normal.
IT Service Center & Classroom Support
The IT Service Center and Classroom Support team will be open Monday - Wednesday during the following hours:
- Monday, November 20: 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Tuesday, November 21: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 22: 7:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Buff Techs
Buff Techs will be open as usual (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) for most of fall break, but will close at noon on Wednesday, November 22. Schedule an appointment with Buff Techs.
Dedicated Desktop Support
DDS will be open during normal business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) Monday and Tuesday, but will close at noon on Wednesday, November 22. Visit the DDS Service Request Portal for assistance.
OIT is closed on all campus holidays and weekends including the campuswide early closure on Wednesday, November 22. Visit the OIT Support page for self service resources available during the break. Normal operating hours will resume on Monday, November 27.
