IT Support Hours During Fall Break 2025

The IT Service Center, Buff Techs and Dedicated Desktop Support (DDS) will be available to assist with IT issues next week during Fall break, but some services have slightly different operating hours than usual.

IT Service Center & Classroom Support

The IT Service Center and Classroom Support team will be available to support you Monday, November 24 - Wednesday November 26 from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Buff Techs

Buff Techs will be open during normal business hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) during fall break, but the Norlin Commons location will be closed all of next week until Monday, December 1. Schedule an appointment with Buff Techs. 

Dedicated Desktop Support (DDS)

DDS will be open during normal business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) Monday through Wednesday. Visit the DDS Service Request Portal for assistance.

OIT is closed on all campus holidays and weekends. Visit the OIT Support page for self service resources. Regular operating hours will resume on Monday, December 1.
