Start of semester IT support hours

Welcome back Buffs! The IT Service Center will be available during extended hours to support CU Boulder during the beginning of the fall 2025 semester. The schedule will be as follows:

  • Saturday, August 16: 12 - 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 17: 12 - 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 23: 12 - 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 24: 12 - 6 p.m.

As classes get underway next week, OIT is here to help:

  • The IT Service Center is open from 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contact the ITSC at 303-735-4357, or email oithelp@colorado.edu for access issues and general IT support.
  • OIT’s Learning Spaces Technology team will be available from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. to assist with classroom technology issues when classes start on Thursday, August 21. Fill out the Report a Technology Problem form for classroom assistance.
  • Buff Techs desktop support will be open from  8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Center for Academic Success and Engagement (CASE) room E276. The Norlin Library room E105 location opens for the semester on August 21, and with operating hours from 2 - 9 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 2 - 5 p.m. on Fridays. Schedule an appointment with Buff Techs or check the current wait times before visiting.
