As was announced in an email to the CU community on February 9, the university experienced a cyberattack on a vulnerability in software provided by third-party vendor Accellion. CU is one of some 300 Accellion customers that were affected by the attack. We believe personally identifiable information from students, employees and others may have been compromised.
