Zoom - Request a Zoom App

Please visit our Zoom App Marketplace page to verify the Zoom App being requested is not listed in the Approved/Denied spreadsheet. If the Zoom App is not listed, follow the instructions below to request the app.

Step

Access the Marketplace from the Zoom desktop client by clicking the Apps button from the top menu.

Step

Verify that Add Apps is selected. 

Step

Search for the app you would like to request using the Search App field in the left-hand navigation bar.

Step

Select Get next to the application you'd like to request.

Step

Select Request to Add.

Step

Enter a brief description of why you are requesting this application and then select Confirm Request.

The request is complete. Zoom App requests can take up to two weeks to be fulfilled.
