Clear the Mobile Web Browser Cache - Firefox

Clearing a web browser’s cache can correct problems you may have using a web browser while on the CU Boulder network or using an OIT web based program, like Canvas or Buff Portal. OIT recommends that you perform this simple step before you start to surf the Web for the first time on the campus network. The instructions below demonstrate how to clear the cache using Firefox on a mobile device.

Tap the three dots on the right side of the menu bar

Tap Settings at the bottom of the menu

Step

Scroll to the Privacy and security section and tap Delete browsing data

Step

Make sure Cookies and Cached images and files are selected. When your selections are made, tap Delete browsing data
