What we do
The Academic Technology Initiatives Team (ATI) leads and contributes to strategic, inclusive, and innovative academic technology and campus initiatives to advance student success and teaching at CU Boulder. We work on technology evaluations and pilots, identifying available and emerging technologies to meet the evolving needs of our campus community. We also conduct assessments by collecting and analyzing data and sharing our findings to help inform strategic technology decisions that align with campus priorities.

Featured project: Refining Online Student Support
The ATI team examined the experiences of online students to identify opportunities to improve and refine the online student IT support model. The goal was to identify opportunities for improvement and propose a refined online student IT support model taking advantage of OIT's current support infrastructure in a way that enhances the student experience.
