Service Restored at 5:00 PM on 1/23/26: OIT has completed a failover of the VPN and restored the VPN service.
Service Issue Reported at 4:00 PM on 1/23/26: OIT is aware of errors on one of the sites responsible for Cisco SecureClient connections. As such, a failover will occur to resolve this between 4:30 - 4:45. Users may be disconnected during the failover and need to reconnect.
