Service Restored at 8:42 PM on 1/7/26: Account provisioning has resumed and OIM is functioning normally. 

Service Issue Reported at 10:14 AM on 1/7/26: OIM is currently experiencing an internal slow down in account provisioning. OIT is currently working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
