Service Restored on 7/30/2024 at 7:29 PM: 1135 Broadway's fiber has been fixed by the vendor and is now back to operational. All services have been restored.
Service Issue Updated on 7/30/2024 at 10:15 AM: Lumen has sent a service tech to meet on-site at 10:30 this morning to diagnose the circuit issues. No ETR at this time. Will update when further information is available.
Service Issue Updated on 7/29/2024 at 1:19 PM: Lumen is dispatching a technician to investigate the issue at 1135 Broadway. However, we have identified potential delays in our repair timeline. Our field resources will provide further clarification and updates as soon as possible.
