Service Restored at 11:41 PM on 3/19/2026: Late last week Apple devices were Nudged to do an update that did not exist. The vendor has resolved the issue with the feed that reports new updates. If you are still receiving this notification, leave your device on and connected to the internet and a new feed will be downloaded and notifications will stop.
Service Issue Reported 10:08 AM on 3/11/2026: OIT is aware of an issue affecting Secure Computing devices running MacOS. Users will be notified that an update is available when in fact there is no available update. OIT is working on a resolution with our partners.
