Service Restored at 12:41 AM on 11/17/2025: The intermittent login errors for the VPN service have been resolved. 

Service Issue Updated at 10:00 AM on 11/17/2025: OIT has received continued reports of issues connecting to the VPN. We are continuing to work with the vendor on resolving the issue. 

Service Issue Updated at 8:19 PM on 11/14/2025: OIT is working with the vendor to resolve the issue and will provide further updates when available. For now, the workaround is to attempt to log in again. 

Service Issue Reported at 11:00 AM on 11/14/2025: OIT is investigating reports of intermittent errors when connecting to the CU VPN.
