Service Restored at 7:30 a.m. on August 14, 2026: OIT has confirmed the issues affecting our Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID Synchronization have been resolved. All queued changes have been processed. Account activation and other changes made through Active Directory will process at the normal rate.
Service Issue Reported at 12:54 p.m. on August 13, 2026: OIT is aware of issues affecting our Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID Synchronization. This will delay Identikey account creations. This will also delay changes to computer access made through the Active Directory. Other services relying on the Active Directory may also be affected.
