Users should no longer receive an Authentication error when accessing these services. Service Issue Reported at 12:00 PM on 6/3/2026: OIT is aware of an issue where users receive an error message when attempting to access Bill & Pay or Degree Audit. If you receive an error message, we recommend clearing the cache and cookies on your browser. For steps on how to do this please see our troubleshooting steps.
