Service Restored at 12:15 PM on 3/2/26: UIS has deployed a fix to resolve the intermittent disruptions affecting multiple services and has moved to a monitoring status. They are actively monitoring the environment to confirm the fix has resolved the issue.
Service Issue Updated at 3:41 PM on 2/26/26: UIS is planning another brief outage for today from 6-7 PM. Anyone attempting to access CU Services (including campus portals) may experience a brief, momentary interruption during this time, which may be resolved by refreshing the page or closing and restarting the browsing session.
Please report any ongoing issues to UIS at help@cu.edu with a screenshot, site URL, and any error messages.
Service Issue Updated at 1:28 PM on 2/20/26: UIS is planning a brief outage lasting 5-10 minutes for today at 4 PM. During this time, anyone logged into CU applications will be disconnected and will need to log back in after service is restored. We recommend saving your work prior to 4 PM and avoid critical transactions between 4-4:10 PM today.
Service Issue Reported at 4:45 PM on 2/19/26: University Information Services (UIS) reported that multiple CU Services (including campus portals) are experiencing interruptions, slowness, and page timeouts.
There are no known workarounds at this time besides attempting to log in again or trying different browsers.
UIS is actively investigating the issue and will provide more updates when possible.
