Service Restored: Canvas Login Issues

Service Issue Reported at 4:15PM on 4/21/2026: OIT became aware of an issue with Canvas today where users would get a "Whoops... Looks like nothing is here!" error message when signing in. The Canvas vendor has indicated that a prior issue broke session cookies and to resolve the issue, clearing browser cache is necessary.
