Service Restored at 12:34 PM on 2/19/2026: The issue affecting the always-on VPN for secure computing devices running MacOS has been resolved. 

Service Issue Reported at 11:48 AM on 2/12/2026: OIT is aware of an issue affecting the always-on VPN for secure computing devices running MacOS. Users may need to manually connect to the VPN using the Cisco Secure client.
