Service Issue Resolved on 4/20/26 at 1:56 PM: The Bypass Code option now shows for users when trying to manage devices.
Service Issue Reported on 4/20/26 at 11:48 AM: DUO bypass codes, while available for standard authentication are not showing as an option for the verification before accessing the 'manage devices' screen. This appears to be affecting all users (but specifically those that will need this to manage their devices due to an outdated or inaccessible device). DUO support has been engaged and OIT will update with more information as it is available.
