Why Your License Could Change

Your CU Boulder-provided Microsoft 365 license may change due to:

  • a recent shift in your role at CU Boulder
  • a previous shift in your role that OIT didn't fully address at the time
  • a change to OIT's eligibility policies

  • If your OneDrive exceeds capacity, you'll no longer be able to save or edit files in your OneDrive; however, you will be able to remove files.
