Description
The OIM database will undergo maintenance between 7 and 11 p.m. on Friday, February 27. This routine maintenance is required to complete security patching for services including the IdentiKey Manager website and OIT’s Aurora Admin & Messaging and Collaboration Request Portals (also known as the Aurora web application).
Impact
The IdentiKey Manager and Aurora web application will experience outages of up to 4 hours during the maintenance window. Completing requests in Aurora and IdentiKey account operations will not be possible during the maintenance window. IdentiKey provisioning will be delayed until the end of the maintenance window.
