Service Restored at 5:28 PM on 1/24/26: OIT has resolved the Identikey Manager delays and account processing times are back to normal. 

Service Issue Reported at 12:15 PM on 1/23/26: OIT is aware of a processing delay with changes made on Identikey.colorado.edu. Password updates and other changes may not take effect immediately. We expect the delays to be resolved later today and will update this alert once processing times have returned to normal.
