Service Restored on 1/23/26 at 7:22 AM: The affected email infrastructure has returned to a healthy state and is operating as expected.
Service Issue Reported on 1/22/26 at 1:41 PM: OIT is aware of users receiving "451 4.3.2 temporary service issue" error messages when attempting to send email. This could also be delaying emails sent from services such as ServiceNow. We are currently investigating and will provide updates as we become aware of them.
