Service Restored at 4:45 PM on 1/14/2026: The issue impacting Buff Portal has been resolved. Users should be able to sign in and view cards without issue now.
Service Issue Updated at 12:00 PM on 1/14/2026: Users are still experiencing intermittent access issues to Buff Portal. In addition, some users are experiencing error messages with cards loading once they are signed in. UIS continues to investigate the issue.
Service Issue reported at 7:20 AM on 1/14/2026: OIT is aware that users are currently experiencing issues accessing Buff Portal due to an issue with an upstream data system. UIS is has been engaged and is investigating the issue.
