Description
Since the fall transition to the new Identity Management (OIM) service, the service has been experiencing intermittent issues that may cause passwords to become scrambled for some users. We are also seeing sporadic problems with provisioning new accounts.
These issues are unpredictable, and at this time, we are unable to identify which users may be affected in advance. Our Identity and Access Management team is actively working with Oracle to determine the root cause and implement a permanent solution.
What to do if you are impacted by a password scramble:
- If you are unable to log in and believe your password may be impacted, please visit https://identikey.colorado.edu and go through the Forgot My Password process.
- In most cases, completing a password reset will restore your access.
- If resetting your password does not resolve the issue, please contact the IT Service Center for further assistance.
What to do if you cannot access your NEW account:
Please contact the IT Service Center and note that you have an account claim issue.
