Service Restored at 1:13 PM on 1/8/26: The "Break" function has been restored in Touchpoint. OIT is working on adding custom breaks back in for each contact center.
Service Issue Reported at 10:29 AM on 1/8/26: Agents are unable to use the "Break" function in Touchpoint. OIT is working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
