Service Restored on 2/6/25 at 12:51PM: OIT has reset the server and contact centers are back up and online. Please contact OIT if you have continuous issues.
Service Issue Alert Updated on 2/6/25 at 12:26PM: OIT will reboot the Contact Center to hopefully resolve the dropped call issue.
