Ann Ruether is excited to be part of the Academic Technology Initiatives Team. She has a background in engineering as well as higher education academic support. Combining her technical knowledge and experience supporting faculty and students enables her to identify and evaluate processes and products that improve teaching and learning outcomes. In addition to supporting technologies that enhance pedagogical best practices, Ann is a passionate advocate for student success. Prior to joining CU, Ann worked in the Engineering Department at Swarthmore College, where she had also earned a B.S. in Engineering degree. In her spare time, she runs, knits, cultivates succulent plants, and tries to maintain her NYT crossword puzzle streak.
