Service issue reported at: 09/15/2018 1:30pm - OIT has been able to confirm that some people are unable to load age-restricted videos on YouTube from UCB's network via their personal (non-CU) Google accounts. Based off of current knowledge, the issue appears to be with YouTube's servers. Currently OIT is working to resolve the issue ASAP.
Service issue restored at: 09/16/2018 12:30pm - After further investigation, OIT has determined that the issue was routed in a problem with YouTube as a service. To the best of our knowledge, the issue has been resolved.
