Service Restored 2:51 p.m.: The Federated Identity Service issue with secondary users (e.g. group or departmental accounts) has been resolved. 

Issue Reported 2:00 p.m.: There are reports of secondary users (e.g. group or departmental accounts) having issues logging on to services protected by Federated Identity Service (Shibboleth). These services include Qualtrics, lynda.com, MyCUHub and more. 

OIT has identified the problem and is working on a resolution. The resolution may require a restart of the Shibboleth service, which may lead to some users being asked to re-authenticate. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
