Service Issue Update 1:07 p.m.: Microsoft has reported the issue has been partially resolved. At this time, emails issued recently should be sent and received in a timely manner. Emails sent earlier today may still be processing.
Issue Reported 10:12 a.m.: Microsoft has reported an issue where users may be experiencing delays when sending and receiving email messages. Affected users are receiving Non-Deliver Reports (NDR) when sending messages. Microsoft is working to resolve and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
