Description
Maintenance on UIS-provided enterprise and business applications will make the CU-SIS (Student Information System), as well as MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals unavailable (see Affected Services below), on Saturday, June 18 from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 19
Impact
The following applications will be available during the maintenance: COGNOS, Electronic Research and Administration (eRA), and ISSM (fsaAtlas).
The following applications will be available through direct access from the maintenance pages only: Human Capital Management (HCM), and My.Leave.
The components of CU-SIS including Campus Solutions, Concur Travel & Expense, CU Marketplace, PeopleSoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM), u.achieve (DATC – formerly DARS), Finance, Skillsoft, Online Admissions Offering (OAO), Parchment, Singularity Document Management System, Integration Gateway, cutransfer.cu.edu, MyCUBoulder (student recruiting portal) and the campus portals (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder) will be unavailable during the twelve hour maintenance window.
