Report Wi-Fi Quality With New App

Submitted by stauffeg on

Wi-Fi on the CU Boulder campus reaches 99 percent of indoor spaces. Yet sometimes, due to a whole host of factors, the Wi-Fi might not meet your needs in certain locations. When that is the case, OIT would like to hear about it and now you can do it with an app.

The data that comes from the anonymous reports will be analyzed by OIT in order to identify specific areas for possible upgrades.

Please note that reports submitted via the app will not create a support ticket with the IT Service Center. If you would like support for on-campus Wi-Fi issues, please complete the Network Connectivity Troubleshooting Form or contact the IT Service Center at help@colorado.edu or call 303-735-4357 (5-HELP from a campus phone).
