Starting Monday, August 24, OIT’s Buff Techs in-person desktop support will be available by appointment only in our CASE location. Walk-in visits will no longer be allowed to protect our herd. The Norlin and Williams Village locations will be closed for the fall 2020 semester. Buff Techs can help you with:
- Malware removal
- Basic device troubleshooting
- Canvas, Zoom, and other IT services and issues.
- Case escalation: Buff Techs will review all other technical issues, and refer cases to the appropriate IT group for resolution if unable to assist.
Hours will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

To align with campus’s Protect Our Herd guidance, all customers are REQUIRED to wear a face-covering while at the Buff Tech office. If you have a mask exception, we suggest booking a virtual appointment. You can set up a virtual appointment by emailing oithelp@colorado.edu.
