Service Restored at on 5/6/2025 at 10:43AM: After investigation, OIT confirmed that authentication issues were more widespread, impacting services including Canvas and the VPN. We have since resolved the issue and all services have returned to normal.

Service Issue Reported on 5/6/2025 at 10:33AM: Users are currently unable to log into Canvas and are met with a "failed to log in - Canvas doesn't have an account for user" message. Canvas administrators are working to identify and resolve this issue.
