ServiceNow, OIT’s primary service management tool, will undergo an upgrade on Friday, May 15 from 7:15 - 11:30 p.m. This maintenance is necessary to upgrade ServiceNow to Australia, the latest version of the software. Impact
ServiceNow will not be available during the maintenance window. Active user sessions will be terminated when the upgrade starts at 7:15 p.m.
