Service Restored at 8:20 AM on 5/21/2026: OIT has resolved the issue and agents and supervisors are able to sign into Touchpoint again. 

Service Issue Reported at 7:48 AM on 5/21/2026: OIT is aware of an issue where agents and supervisors are unable to sign into Touchpoint. OIT is investigating the issue.
