IT Digest: Adjustments made to IT services and support for fall 2020

Many of the OIT services and support systems you have relied upon in the past have been adjusted to accommodate COVID-19 guidelines so together we can protect our herd.

Fall 2020 IT Services and Support Statement: Learn about the many changes OIT has made to its services and support to meet the needs of our campus community this fall.

Buff Techs Appointments: Get in-person desktop support by making an appointment with Buff Techs. Unscheduled walk-in visits will not be permitted.

How to Get DDS Support This Fall: The Dedicated Desktop Support team has transitioned most of its daily support services to remote support tools. 

Classroom Technology Problem Reporting Form: Connect to the form on your personal device to quickly report problems with classroom technology so it will receive priority queuing.

Network Registration: Network authentication hardware was upgraded over the summer so the first time you connect to the affected CU Boulder networks, you will need to register with your CU Boulder username and IdentiKey password.
