The Office of Information Technology is revamping the directory assistance service which callers reach when dialing 303-492-1411 or 0 from a campus phone. This update, taking place July 1, will usher in:
- a broader selection of departments, schools and colleges for automatic transfer;
- elimination of the live operator option;
- a prompt for callers to look up people or unlisted departments in the People Search or A-to-Z listings.
