Reset and Register for MFA
Having trouble getting into Microsoft apps? You likely need to reset your current multi-factor authentication (MFA) devices and register new devices yourself using the MFA Management tool.
- Make sure you're on a campus Wi-Fi network or that you're using VPN.
- Click the blue button below to go to the MFA Management tool.
- On the new page, click the Reset and register new devices button and follow the prompts to reconfigure MFA.
