Service Issue Reported at 11:49 AM on 2/13/2025: OIT is aware of an issue impacting DUO multi-factor authentication. The vendor has been engaged and is working towards resolution.

We are currently investigating an issue causing Admin Panel login and SMS/Phone Call delivery failures across all deployments.
