Microsoft Teams Calls - Update your campus phone number in Teams contact info

Follow these instructions to add your campus phone number to your Microsoft Teams profile information.

Step 1

To update your contact information in Teams, log in to mycuinfo.colorado.edu.

Step 2

From the CU Resources menu, select My Info and Pay.

Step 3

Select the Contact Details tile. 

Step 4

To access and edit contact details, you will need to authenticate using DUO Multi-factor remote access. 

Step 5

After authenticating, you will see your contact information on file at the university. Click the + icon to add a phone number

Step 6

Select Campus 1, then enter your CU Boulder phone number and click Save. 

Step 7

The Contact Details page will display your new information. Log out of MyCUInfo. 

Step 8

Your Campus 1 number will populate in your Teams profile information in 1-2 business days.
