Microsoft Teams Calls - Update location in Teams Web Application

Follow this tutorial to add your location when using Teams Calls in the web application. In the event of an emergency, this information will be passed to emergency services when calling for assistance.

Step 1

Log in to the Teams Web App and open the Calls tab. 

Step 2

In the bottom left hand corner, click the Add Location drop down, then select + Add.

Step 3

In the Manage Your Location window, click Enter address manually

Please note: While there is an option to search for your address, OIT recommends entering it manually so it is as accurate as possible. 

Step 4

Fill in your address details and click Add

Step 5

In the Calls tab, your address will now populate in the Location section. 

To update, click your location then Reset and follow the previous steps.
