Please visit the IdentiKey Manager website (https://identikey.colorado.edu), click Change My Password and follow the prompts to change your password. Please be aware that this password change will affect all your Identikey-based logons, such as email, the CU Portal, technology applications and more.

If you are not employed on the CU Boulder campus, please contact the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357 or oithelp@colorado.edu. They will create a support case and dispatch it to the Large File Transfer support team to provide assistance.
