| 2010 | VCR in the central classrooms | We will no longer outfit the central classroom pools with combo DVD/VCR decks as of Summer 2010. The kind we need on campus (multi region multistandard, with tuners) are already very difficult to purchase, and we have a stock of them to get us through for one more year. We will need to actively promote the UCB libraries media service to convert VHS tapes to digital formats over this year to prepare the campus for the shift. |
