Description

A change is being made to the IdentiKey Manager account password reset process that incorporates Duo multi-factor authentication as a form of identity verification instead of security questions for any user enrolled in Duo.

Impact

No outage is expected during this change, but users can expect to be prompted for Duo authentication if they’re looking to recover a forgotten password.
