Service Restored at 11:04 AM on 3/20/2024: Access to the Touchpoint Contact Center Application has been restored. Campus call centers should be available to take calls again.

Service Issue Updated at 10:24 AM on 3/20/2024: Touchpoint Contact Center Application is inaccessible, as such campus call centers have been forced to go offline until a fix has been implemented. In the interim, If support is needed please email oithelp@colorado.edu

Service Issue Reported at 9:24 AM on 3/20/2024: OIT is aware of an issue with the Touchpoint Contact Center Application, which campus call centers use to take phone calls, that is resulting in employees being randomly logged out of the system. We are working with our Vendor to install a bug fix to resolve this issue.
