Service Restored at 7:30 AM on 3/24/2024: Jamf Pro, the service powering Secure Computing for Apple Devices has been restored.

Service Issue Updated at 4:11 PM on 3/20/2024: Jamf Pro has recovered from the outage. It may experience additional outages until the 23rd. The following services are once again available:

  • Secure Computing enrollment for Apple Devices
  • Self Service application deployments for Apple Devices
  • Jamf Pro administrative access for IT Professionals
  • Policy Execution on managed macOS devices

Service Issue Updated at 10:00 AM on 3/18/2024: Jamf Pro, the service powering Secure Computing for Apple Devices could experience intermittent outages through the 23rd of March.

Service Issue Reported at 2:00 PM on 3/13/2024: Jamf Pro, the service powering Secure Computing for Apple Devices is currently experiencing an outage. Jamf has acknowledged this on their status page. The vendor will let us know when the service is back up.  This means the following OIT Services are unavailable:

  • Secure Computing enrollment for Apple Devices.
  • Self Service application deployments for Apple Devices.
  • Jamf Pro administrative access for IT Professionals.
  • Policy Execution on managed macOS devices.
