CUClickers - Multiple Clicker Accounts

If you have been told you have multiple clicker accounts, please follow these steps to ensure you are using an account that will sync with Canvas. Once you are using that account, then OIT or your instructor will be able to transfer the grades from your duplicate account to the official CUClickers account.

Step

Log out of iClicker on every one of your mobile devices.

Step

Before logging back in, choose University of Colorado Boulder from the drop down menu for your campus portal.

Log in using your IdentiKey login name. Make sure to do this on all mobile devices you have used iClicker on.

Check the grades section. There should be zeros, or even a low score. This is expected.

Notify OIT, as well as your instructor so your grades can be moved from the duplicate account to your official CUClickers account.
