OIT provides support and training to faculty, staff, students and CU-Boulder affiliates. Review our support and training options below.

IT Service Center - Your first stop resource center for all of OIT's services, including e-mail and IdentiKey, Internet connectivity, telephone service, and technology-related questions or problems.

Desktop Support - OIT provides no-cost software support for laptop and desktop workstations to faculty, staff, and students at CU-Boulder.

Getting Started with Campus Technology - Beginner's guide to OIT services. This PDF document will help you get started!

IT Training - OIT hosts technology-related classes, seminars, and workshops throughout the semester. In addition to these, you also have the opportunity to participate in computer-based training and find links to helpful tutorials.

Telecommunication Liaison Lookup - Faculty and staff members can use this tool to find out who their department Telecommunication Liaison is.

CSR Lookup - Faculty and staff members can use this tool to find out who their department Computer Support Representative is.

Academic Technology Consultants (ATCs) - These professionals assist faculty in integrating technologies into their teaching, research, and creative works.
