CU-Boulder's Exchange service is designed to help faculty and staff collaborate more efficiently and effectively through a suite of services including e-mail, campus-wide scheduling via the calendaring function, contact and directory data, task management and more. Exchange provides ubiquitous access to these features through desktop programs, web browsers, and mobile devices such as SmartPhones.
Exchange 2007 is provided as a common-good service to all faculty, staff and student employees - which means there is no direct cost to the individual or department.
The CU-Boulder Exchange service is available to all CU-Boulder faculty and staff, and by request to those student employees who need to conduct official university business through e-mail. Retirees are also eligible for Exchange accounts.
